MINIMUMS: In order to continue offering low prices, there are minimums on specific products.
Please refer to products page for further details.
COMPETITIONS: All artwork received from competition submissions, may be used by Ink Screens
in any media without notice to the original artist. Competitions for donations, may be used for profit.
TERMS: All orders must be paid with a Credit Card, Debit Card, or prepaid with certified funds.
Cash or check is accepted but must clear before work begins. Terms available for approved clients.
ARTWORK: All film outputs and screens remain the property of Ink Screens. Original artwork may
be returned to client at request, client is responsible for postage.
ART APPROVAL: All artwork is approved or modified via email.
DIGITAL COMPATIBILITY: Ink Screens is PC based (Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe Photoshop
CS3, and any previous versions). We accept email attachments, CD-ROM/DVD-ROM. Text files
should be included or created into outlines.
IMPRINT SIZE: Ink Screens reserves the right to correctly modify art files to its correct size for its
location unless otherwise noted.
SUBCONTRACTING: Ink Screens reserves the right to use subcontractors without notice.
PRINT OVER SEAM: Ink Screens is not responsible for any inconsistencies due to the
unpredictable nature of this technique.
CANCELLATIONS: No cancellations on approved orders. Orders canceled before mock up
approval will be subject to 20% restocking fee, and the charges for the work that has already been
done.
PRODUCTION: Ink Screens does not guarantee turnaround times. Turnaround times are estimated.
MISPRINTS: Ink Screens is not responsible for misprinted products up to 2% for orders above 150
pieces or 4% for orders under 150.
SHIPPING: All shipments will be sent through UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.
RETURNED CHECK: All returned checks subject to a $50 fee.
UNPAID INVOICES: All unpaid invoices that remain delinquent for 30 days will be subject to
judicial action. There will be a 50% penalty with accrued interest of the total invoice amount
including all court, lawyer, and filing fees.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Shall there be a return or refund request, the product must be
checked by our quality control experts. All sales are final. No returns will be excepted on
printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. Exceptions only made with written approval by our
quality control experts. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.

cannot guarantee the color,size, or construction of garments and merchandise.
